Notice Regarding re-advertisement of Paramedical Diploma Courses for the year 2019-20

Applications are invited by the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati for admission into various Diploma Courses under various Institutes of Paramedical Sciences in the state of Assam, as a special drive for students of Tea Tribes Community of Assam (details are stated hereunder). 

Candidates with duly issued Caste certificate as belonging to recognized Tea Tribes Community of Assam having passed 10+2 examinations in Science stream from Govt. of Assam recognized Educational Boards/Councils having English as one of the subject securing minimum 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject in Higher Secondary final examination, having 17 to 27 years of age as on 01-01-2020, need to apply with testimonials as provided in the application form to the undersigned as per format within 7^th November, 2020.  Shortlisted candidates as per district wise merit fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria shall be called for verification of their documents and oral interview by the Screening Committee for final selection.

 

N.B:  This advertisement is in continuation with the earlier notification vide this office letter No. DTGW/DEV/16/2017/Pt-I/141, dated 20^th February,2020. Though  the total intake for the year 2019-20 is 250 nos. there is a shortfall of 133 nos. Therefore a re-advertisement is notified for filling up the 133nos. vacant seats only by candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria.
